Please be advised that once your order has entered the packaging and dispatching phase, we are unable to halt the process.

Refund Policy

Please note, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We advise retaining proof of postage until your refund or replacement has been confirmed.

Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

• Failure to claim the order resulting in a return to sender situation.
